“I vow to live within my capacity to thrive.”

I am an integrative manual therapist who utilizes western techniques in sports medicine and eastern methods in manipulating the subtler aspects of human physiology to achieving wellness.

I received my Masters Degree in Acupuncture Health Science at the University of Bridgeport. My undergraduate degree is in Exercise Science and have worked as a strength coach and nutrition consultant at Lifetime Athletic.

I continue to learn new techniques around the world to harmonize a service that’s unique and effective.

Movement

The only constant is change. Movement is ingrained within the function and form of our existence. Let’s align with this simple principle to improve our health.

Manual Therapy

There are times in our lives that we need to outsource our wellness needs to manual therapists. This hands on approach to body work allows you to recover more efficiently.

Mindfulness

It all begins when a thought ends. The observance of an empty mind are the spaces or gaps between thoughts. The longer you remain in that awareness, the more at peace your mind will become.
